Pacific Crest Dental Lab, formerly know as Tillicum Dental Lab has been the premier Denture/Partial denture lab in Pierce County for over 40 years.

Glenn Anderson started Tillicum Dental Lab in the basement of his home in the late 1960's. He retired after 30 years of managing the prosthetic department at Madigan Hospital in 1973. Glenn built a full-service denture lab across the street from his home and set to work.

Dentists quickly found out that Glenn was far and above the best technician this area had ever known and Tillicum Dental Lab grew and flourished under his management.Glenn was known for his lectures throughout Pierce County and his stance against accepting work that was not up to his standards made everyone better.

Alan Anderson, Glenn's youngest son, took over the business in the early 1980's when Glenn retired to operate Bills Boathouse on American Lake.

About Alan

Alan started working with his father when he was 10 years old when the lab was still in the basement of their house. In 1975 at the age of 19, Alan started his own Partial Denture lab and worked closely with his father for several years until combining both labs, and taking over the business. In 1995, Alan was one of the first in the state to receive his Denturist License scoring the highest marks on the state test, and changed direction. While continuing to operate the commercial denture lab, Alan started working chairside with select Dentists and Oral Surgeons throughout Pierce County. This collaboration proved to be a very successful way of treating Denture and Partial patients with the finest service available.

In 2008, Alan moved his laboratory to Fircrest, Washington and renamed it Pacific Crest Dental Lab. Pacific Crest Dental Lab continues to provide the very best service to area Dentists requiring Dentures, Partial Dentures and Nightguards. In addition, Alan continues to work chair side with Dentists and Oral Surgeons and often will see patients himself at his new office, where he has a full functioning operatory. Alan loves to work directly with the patients and enjoys giving them a new smile. Pacific Crest Dental Lab and Alan Anderson continue to offer the very best service and quality available anywhere.
